CANOPY RESTAURANT
Join the buzz in Canopy, a chic, contemporary and spacious venue which is sympathetically designed to mirror the natural canopy of the mature trees that envelope the space beyond its extensive glass walls. Cuisine in Canopy is also crafted to bring nature to the table with the best of seasonal local ingredients taking centre stage. Dining parties of up to 10 people at Canopy can choose from the a la carte menu or from the 4-course Table d’hôte menu, which is ideal for those wishing to sample their favourite selection from the full spectrum of the menu.

THE CHEF’S TABLE AT CANOPY
As the name suggests, this dining venue is situated with an epic view of the kitchen’s action as it unfolds to produce your spectacular meal. Enjoy this experience in glorious seclusion with your chosen dining company, with space for up to 30 people. The Chef’s Table can be offered completely privately, or you may opt for partial privacy so that the buzz of Canopy’s restaurant floor can still be appreciated.
TERRE, TWO MICHELIN STAR RESTAURANT
Discover the exceptional at Terre. As Castlemartyr Resort’s most recent dining addition, which achieved its second Michelin Star in February 2024. Terre is sublimely set in the elegant Manor House and offers a truly unique interactive dining experience over a 3.5 hour period presented in three different nearby locations. This flow of changing ambiance, one may imagine is almost as impactful as the cuisine however, at Terre, it is the theatre on the plate that holds centre stage. At Terre, diners sample dishes from a remarkable 12-course tasting menu.
