Synonymous with culinary innovation, Terre Restaurant and Castlemartyr Resort have collaborated to create a brand-new dining experience ‘Curated by Terre’. Hosted in the Manor House in Castlemartyr Resort, this is the convergence of sociality and the innovative two-Michelin-star awarded cooking of Terre’s Chef Patron Vincent Crepel, for a new additional conceptual dining offering at the five-star Resort.
‘Curated by Terre’ guests will be welcomed to the beautiful Knight’s Bar for a refreshing aperitif to ignite the evening before being seated in the stylish surroundings of the Kiltha Suite. Here, guests will enjoy a banquet menu, created by Chef Vincent Crepel and executed by Executive Chef Kevin Burke and his expert team, accompanied by a wine pairing created by the Terre Sommelier.
This is a new concept for Castlemartyr Resort, adding a social gathering-together feel to the dining experience for an entertaining evening that is centred around a menu of delicious dishes. Catering for groups of up to 60 guests, with prices from €120 per person for the meal and €80 per person for wine pairing including an arrival cocktail in the Knights Bar.
