Canopy provides a lively, contemporary dining experience in the heart of the hotel at Castlemartyr Resort. We welcome groups to dine for special occasions, or for some welcome sustenance during corporate & leisure events. For parties of more than 10 people, our events department will assist you in making your reservation. Depending on the number of guests, they will tailor your location and seating arrangements. When you dine with us as a group, we will craft your dining experience from select menus, and assist you to choose from wines carefully selected by our resident sommelier.

With space for up to 20 people to dine, The Chef’s Table provides a unique perch from which to enjoy your meal, with an engaging view of all the kitchen’s action.
