Beautifully located within the contemporary hotel, everything in the design of Canopy is focused on bringing nature to the table. Diners eyes will naturally be lead towards the extensive dining terrace canopied by ancient trees and the resort gardens beyond. Contemporary Irish cuisine is prepared and presented by Chef Kevin Burke and his expert team using local, seasonal produce. This sublime and extensive menu is complemented by a carefully curated wine list which has been compiled by Sommelière, Sandra Biret-Crowley.

Lunch & Dinner are served in Canopy 7 days a week.
