Exclusive Use

The Castlemartyr Resort can be “Exclusively Yours” as part of our services for venue hire.

You can enjoy the ultimate takeover at this country retreat on Cork City’s doorstep. 

Exclusive use at Castlemartyr will offer you that extra bit of privacy and flexibility for your celebration. 

Exclusive use venue hire at the Castlemartyr Resort guarantees total privacy of the main hotel, with the restaurant and lounge areas being closed to non-residents as well as use of all bedrooms and suites. The cost of exclusivity of the hotel is based on the intended day of arrival and includes the following: 

• Accommodation: double or twin rooms and suites for single or double occupancy 
• Complimentary newspaper 
• Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access 
• Full Irish breakfast 
• Use of the private dining rooms 
• Use of all the meeting and function rooms 
• Use of all hotel facilities including the golf course, Health Club and Spa 

Normally bookings at the weekend are for a minimum two nights, though single night Exclusive Use are occasionally available. Please note Exclusive use is subject to availability and excludes certain dates throughout the year. 

A minimum food and beverage spend is required for Exclusive Use bookings. Please be advised that we are unable to offer the Spa and Golf Club exclusively due to private membership. However, the Spa has its own private entrance and, therefore, members do not enter the main hotel.
